Summary: EmbFree sells digital embroidery design files with instant download after payment. No physical product will be shipped. Due to the digital nature of embroidery design files, refunds are generally not available after successful download or access, except in the eligible support cases below.

Eligible Support Cases

We provide real support for technical order issues. If any of the following apply, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase (order email, design ID, and payment reference):

  • Corrupted ZIP / file — file will not open or is damaged
  • Duplicate payment — charged twice for the same order (verified in our records)
  • Wrong uploaded file — file does not match the design ID you purchased
  • Download issue — payment succeeded but download will not start
  • Missing file — expected format (e.g. DST, EMB) not available after purchase

We will review your case and may offer file replacement or, in rare cases, a refund at our sole discretion. Change-of-mind requests are not covered.

1. What we sell (digital products only)

EmbFree provides digital download products only — computer embroidery design files (for example DST, EMB, PES, JEF, and related formats) for computerized embroidery machines.

No physical product will be shipped. After successful payment, files are made available for download through your EmbFree account (or as described at checkout).

2. No physical returns

Digital files cannot be returned like physical goods. Once download access has been granted, the sale cannot be reversed in the same way as a shipped product.

3. Refund policy for digital downloads

Due to the digital nature of embroidery design files, refunds are generally not available after successful download or access. However, if you receive a corrupted file, duplicate purchase, or wrong file format, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

The following are not eligible for refunds (non-exhaustive):

  • Change of mind after purchase;
  • Design style, colour, or suitability for your project (previews are shown on the product page);
  • Machine or software compatibility not verified before purchase;
  • Ordering the wrong design ID by mistake after confirming payment.

4. Your responsibility — compatibility

Customers should verify machine compatibility and file format before purchase. Check the product page for available formats (e.g. DST, EMB) and test with your embroidery software or machine where possible. EmbFree is not responsible for purchases made without checking compatibility.

6. Free designs & download packages

Free designs are provided at no charge — no refund applies. Paid download packages (bulk credits) are digital services; activated and used package credits are generally non-refundable. See package terms at purchase.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks after receiving download access may result in account suspension.
